請問大阪氣氛好的餐廳 急~

明天就要出發大阪了 可是找了好久的資料 都沒有很多相關的資訊 想要找氣氛比較好的 3000~5000Y 如果有景色view更好 像是夜景 或是東西好吃 氣氛好 裝潢好 浪漫 (沒有view也可) =>目前有找到一家A1 可以吃神戶牛 不知氣氛價位 還有推薦菜色? 地點 難波 還有道頓決 心齋橋一帶 是否都可提供 ? 時間是8/28 29 30其中一天或兩天 的晚餐 時間1800~2030左右
