〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕因天兔颱風來襲，暫時洩氣一天半的黃色小鴨今（22）日下午在遊客的殷殷期盼下，重返光榮碼頭水域展出。高雄市長陳菊表示，市府以觀賞遊客安全為第一考量，經過專業評估後才決定讓小鴨恢復展出，謝謝大家的支持與諒解，也歡迎國內外遊客10月20日前到高雄賞小鴨，感受高雄港灣魅力。
