請教住宿點

2月初要到東京，目前無法決定第一天的住宿。因為第一天想到淺草跟晴空塔，第2天會到迪士尼並住宿在那；一直無法決定住哪比較適合，請各位給個意見。（第一天是早班機從成田進，第三天以後往東北去，第5-14天在北海道，所以只有第一天會住在東京）
