【劉榮輝╱台南報導】台南市管制廟會放鞭炮引起正反兩極意見，昨天東區聖恩佛祖會建
醮大典展開送天師回鑾遶境，市府聯合稽查標準大幅放寬，不再只限兩串炮。市府民政局
長陳宗彥表示，管制放寬是為了讓廟宇有自律空間。

東區聖恩佛祖會昨上午在東區遶境，隨即轉往中西區交陪境遶境，晚上轉進北區玉皇宮。
