究竟是什麼樣的市場美味，讓人甘願排隊也要吃？東門市場的人氣美食「東門赤肉羹」，30年前從小攤子開始做起，長久以來深受附近的上班族及市場的婆婆媽媽喜愛。肉羹都是選用後腿肉條切條裹漿做成，所以非常有咬勁，跟一般肉羹完全不同，加上裹漿不多，湯汁勾芡不濃，所以吃多了也不會膩喔！
