[問題] 車被道路施工弄髒,可以索賠嗎?

年底很多路邊都有施工圍籬
昨天晚上在有施工處附近停車,
後來開走才發現全車上下被噴滿許多小點,仔細看都是膠狀物,清不掉
我懷疑是施工單位造成,今天放假沒人在現場
看來要做大美容才清的掉
