自行培訓球員其實就是以前的借將,只是現在自行培訓球員有限額,以前借將沒有限額
我也覺得自行培訓制度可以取消,因為他們根本還不能算是職棒球員
現在有自主培訓制度,選秀會落選球員都可以自由加入中職球隊,只要改簽正式球員約
他們就可以上一軍貢獻(EX:賴達官.徐政斌等人),這對球員或球團都更有保障,也更有目標
