我記得第一次吃壽喜燒，是在好幾年前剛到台中工作的那一年，對於我這種肉鬼來說，壽喜燒真的是貼心不過的好選擇，那時候也是相當新鮮，蛋汁加上嫩滑的牛肉這種簡單又小奢侈的吃法，雖然我們一吃都是四五十盤的暴力式點餐XD。
