眾所矚目的台東「台灣國際熱氣球嘉年華」今年邁入第四屆，晚間6點左右在海濱公園展開開幕晚會，湧入約近千名的旅客民眾，原最令遊客期待的光雕音樂會照映在8顆熱氣球之上，沒想到現場因風過大、氣候不穩定主辦單位臨時決定取消起球，只進行光雕音樂的表演，但國際級的光雕搭配聲影效果，美麗浪漫氣氛依舊。
