我記得有一次跟朋友聊天講到要出門吃宵夜，他隨口就叫我舉出十家範例，想不到隨便點點兵都有二十家以上，原來半夜不睡覺的人多，但是半夜打拼賺錢的店家更多，這天剛好又到彰化，無非就是想見識看看半夜的傳說爌肉飯。又是一家據說未開店就排隊，然後最快兩小時秒殺的深夜美食【魚市場爌肉飯】。
