國道3號柳營交流道於今(19)日通車，原本從國道3號烏山頭交流道到德元埤荷蘭村與柳營科技工業區，行車時間將由25分鐘縮短為5到10分鐘即可到達，大幅減少前往柳營地區的交通時程，並可串連白河、東山、柳營、六甲成為完整的觀光路線，促進南二高在台南地區沿山軸線及柳營地區觀光軸帶發展。
