（中央社記者張榮祥台南13日電）台南豪雨，逾4000戶人家淹水。市府今天表示，台南3年半來整治30條水系，淹水面積從5萬5000公頃減至3310公頃。


受西南氣流影響，台南連日豪大雨，西港區、安定區累積雨量達超大豪雨標準，仁德區、南區、中西區、歸仁區、安平區、麻豆區、安南區、北區等行政區大豪雨。全市半數行政區累積雨量在豪雨標準以上。
