大導史蒂芬奈特編導的新片「失控」，橫掃各大影展，日前在威尼斯影展放映，獲全場觀眾鼓掌5分鐘，且男主角湯姆哈迪的演出備受好評，指該片是他從影以來，最佳之作。
「失控」描述湯姆哈迪飾演的建築商經理，開車下班途中接到一連串電話，包括老婆、兒子及公司因他個人決定，將損失一億美金的煎熬過程，他光是在駕駛座上就得歷經錯綜複雜的情緒，讓觀者如同坐在副駕駛座上，看著他一人獨撐的電影人生。該片11月7日在台上映，並受邀參加桃園電影節，一開放售票即完售，頗受注目。
