腳踝在九月初扭傷，到現在大致好了，不過就是緊緊的，某些角度會很卡。
以前也扭傷過也是這樣，有點像進入某種停滯期，那時候遇到一個中醫用耳針治療，效果
讓我很驚艷，腳踝恢復到很正常的狀態。
想問大家高雄有沒有也會用耳針的中醫師或是擅於治療腳踝扭傷停滯期的？
