我是一個人到關西自助行， 不會日文，所以會害怕跟日本人交談，(因為完全聽不懂) 我到關西機場後，想直接購買JR特急列車はるか車票到京都， 不去綠色窗口換購JR West Pass(2000円)， 想請問，在哪裡有自動售票機？還是要跟站務人員購買？票價是2850円嗎？
