百年醬汁加持　「入船」鰻魚飯夏天店外等候人數常破百

提到日本美食，除了生魚片、握壽司之外，鰻魚飯是許多人認為是不可錯過的美食。位於宮崎縣的「入船」創立於明治27年，賣鰻魚飯已有117年的歷史，堅持用備長碳火烤、傳了100多年的獨門醬汁，以及幾乎沒有魚刺等特點，平時用餐時間總是客朋滿座，一到夏天7-8月店外等候人數更高達百人以上。
