　　各位版上先進大家好，不知道發在這對不對？小弟預計明年初要去日本，雖然還早，但是想說趁有空還是先把護照辦一辦，參考了外交部的外文姓名拼音，並使用了漢語拼音填寫外文姓名，接著去戶政事務所做完人別確認後，隨即送件。　　但近日接到通知說我曾在20年前有過申請紀錄(20年前我才3歲)，必須依照舊護照的拼音來申辦(舊護照紀錄為威妥瑪拼音)，但再三與父母確認過後皆表示自從我出生起，全家就沒有再出國過，所以不可能...
