寒假親子遊學１個月的住宿

各位好，明年寒假我計畫帶１０歲的兒子到澳洲遊學１個月，預計１月底出發，地點在墨爾本附近。目前有找到幾家中意的小學，位於墨爾本郊區，但都有電車可到達。我希望住宿能符合3個條件：有廚房、有安全管理、離車站或站牌近。YHA很適合，不過有些回應不能住超過2週。另外有考慮公寓型酒店，非常喜歡，但是1個月住下來對我的經濟負擔太大了。因為只有我們母子兩人，所以不敢分租房間或公寓。因此想請教各位有沒有別的建議，...
