[問題] Phottix Mitros 推雷達罩

最近想購入Phottix Mitros TTL閃光燈接上閃光燈轉接座上55cm的雷達罩，
想請問各位大師有沒有過類似的經驗？
想知道閃光燈這樣推雷達罩夠不夠力呢？
還是換成42cm的雷達罩會比較好？
還是只能用棚燈推雷達罩 XDDD?
