r大幾個觀點相當精闢也不無道理，您提到一些觀察也相當實在，
但針對圖書館政策這點，我提出我一些不同的看法，

1.向市民募款之妥適性
這點您質疑的有道理，市府必須盡到維持圖書館營運的責任，包含後續每年編列預算
