[問題] BMW 車充問題

原本購入的車充用於舊車上都可以使用usb充手機 ，
現將此車充轉移到新買的車上，
發現即使車上有四個點菸器，車充插上去還是都沒作用。
可是把它拔下來插到別台車上就可以充，
不知道這是什麼問題？
