haruka+icoca券的使用问题

麻烦问一下，这个券做地铁的话是不是不用买票，在地铁入口处直接插入，等到站出口再插入，钱就自动刷走了？如果要充值怎么办？可以不可以在关西机场买这个卡的时候直接告诉服务人员直接往里面充值就可以了。
