請教飛上海過境香港選擇住宿

因為年初二下午4-5點會到香港，但是隔天早上10點才飛上海，想出去品嚐香港的美味，苦於對香港不了解，所以機票有了，住宿卻沒著落……爬文看了機場快捷但有看沒懂……⊙_⊙，所以上來請教交通跟住宿的問題
