[問題] 成為公司新人之後才通知更改休假制度

最近轉了跑道，跳到某服務業的後勤單位。
因為想說自己沒有什麼相關經驗，所以當時主管說關於月薪要和老闆爭取後
就直接通知幾號到公司報到上班!
