[問題] 中華4G學生587方案合約疑問

晚上去辦理NP至中華，用中華4G學生587 30個月的方案，
通訊行給的DM是該方案需預繳5000，購機折抵5000，
最後以兩相折抵的方式辦理。
但等到最後簽同意書時，有兩點是我比較困惑的：
