[請問] 小白首次申請信用卡

我只是一般上班族，之前待的公司都沒有報稅，所以都沒有扣憑
去年因事故...去土地公司擔任工讀生以為工讀沒有報稅....
8月非自願離職後隔兩個禮拜到目前公司上班，今年收到前公司的扣憑
因為一直想申請信用卡 我沒有存款(因剛出社會不久)
去年拿公司薪資證明去申請信用卡，申請不過...行員都跟我說需要扣憑
