[請問] 對於自己的稱呼？

今天老婆打電話給醫院要約時間，就說:我是下午有打電話的X小姐...
結果被家人說這樣是沒禮貌，沒有人自稱小姐/先生的，請問有這種說法嗎？那應該怎麼
