[問題] 請問下中華續約手機的問題

同學去續約換了手機是三星的A5
(綁學專700多資費兩年)
但是他算是外行人所以聽店員介紹換了A5
後來聽我跟他說CPU很爛,CP值也差之後有點後悔
(畢竟約綁兩年)
