[詢問] 用vpn上臉書容易被盜?

人在對岸出差   使用vpn連上臉書 一直都會發現有人修改密碼被盜用帳號 甚至發佈廣告
訊息  請是這是vpn的關係嗎？ 是不是要慎選vpn阿?  每天都在跟駭客大戰好煩阿= = 臉
書要怎樣設定才不容易被盜?  感謝大大不吝指點
