[請問] 找代買買歐洲精品被海關沒收了!要等3個月

想請問我４/22找代買購買Prada皮夾，今天代購回我他的商品今日全被海關沒收，需要花
"2-3個月"，程序走完才能贖回！
代購說如果我不願意等，可將訂金退還給我!
想請問真的會發生這樣的事嗎？估狗過有人是等到ㄧ個月，2∼3個月是不是太久了???
