〔記者黃旭磊／高雄報導〕水利署上午公布高屏溪空拍影片，畫面中，高屏堰部分地區沙
洲見底，乾旱如漠，水利署呼籲新建大型蓄水設施，若無蓄水，「豐水期也只能任由高屏
溪水奔流入海」。
