[請問] 怎麼樣可以迅速消化吃到飽？

下午茶吃了飯店buffet的吃到飽，到現在還是撐到不行...吃了一堆精緻澱粉還有甜食冰
淇淋...
怕再這樣下去晚上會睡不著，有沒有能快速讓腸胃消化不撐的方法？
