[新聞] 英特爾167億美元收購Altera晶片設計公司

全球最大晶片製造商英特爾，斥資一百六十七億美元現金，收購晶片設計公司Altera，為英特爾四十七年來最大宗收購。英特爾主要業務是生產個人電腦及伺服器晶片；而Altera則主力研製用於電話網絡及汽車的晶片，獲得英特爾垂青。
