  基本上不用想太多啦，就是在開機的時候OS
  自己去check 韌體版本，如果 touch panel 上的
  IC 韌體版本上跟 OS 不符 (check sum 不對或是判斷版本不對)
  還有一種很機車的可能就是廠商自己costdown 換成便宜的touch panel IC
