札幌市区到的往返交通

我们住在札幌Cross酒店，想到札幌手稻滑雪场滑雪，但我们日文不懂，跪求有心人指点：从酒店到札幌手稻滑雪场的往返交通，最好滑雪场有往返市区的巴士。在哪里搭乘，最好有直接到达滑雪场的车。拜谢！
