台灣人從中國＞香港＞澳門＞中國 簽證問題

請問一下，在下是台灣人民，現在在中國旅遊中。 我打算從中國到香港再到澳門再入境中國。 請問一下我的台胞證在進入香港時， 算是出境中國入境香港嗎？ 那從香港進入澳門算是出入境嗎？ 最後如果從澳進中得重新加簽台胞證嗎？ 請高手幫幫我這小新手。
